Duck Leg Stew - P. BistroP. Bistro special Duck Leg Stew – lightly braised French duck leg with seasonal vegetables, tomato and herbs. Essentially a posh duck bathing in an Asian onsen. The duck leg was nicely tender and steaming hot as your knife cleaves through, and it lounges in a comforting, salty Asian-style broth of duck essence. The cherry tomatoes are a delight, popping in your mouth with more youthful recklessness and eagerness than them rascally alcoholic spheres from Fatcat Ice Cream Bar. 4.2/5
