Duxton Reserve Singapore, Autograph Collection (formerly Six Senses Duxton) has announced that they will officially reopen their doors from 11 December 2020. This news follows the property’s earlier announcement in July 2020 that the property has ceased to be managed by Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas and will join Marriott’s Autograph Collection.

The hotel will largely retain its former room categories and dining concepts, with the exception of the re-christening of the bar (from former Yellow Pot Restaurant and Bar) to Anouska’s, named after British interior designer Anouska Hempel who helped design the property. According to sources, the hotel will only fully integrate with the Marriott Bonvoy programme in Q1 2021, after which Marriott Bonvoy members can make reservations for stays at the property through Marriott Bonvoy booking channels and enjoy loyalty programme benefits as well as earn points and clock nights. Until then, the hotel is offering several stay packages for their entry Shophouse Room and double-storey Duplex Room categories for direct bookings, with different rates applying between weekdays (Mondays to Thursdays) and weekends (Fridays to Sundays).

The boutique hotel (along with sister property Maxwell Reserve Hotel, Autograph Collection, formerly Six Senses Maxwell) are stylish and exciting additions to the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio in Singapore. The two hotels featured heavily in my 2020 Ultimate Guide to Singapore Hotels whilst they were under the management of Six Senses and I am hoping they shine equally brightly as Autograph Collection hotels.
