Sparkling yuzu pie from Windowsill Pies – yuzu curd glazed with sweet ume gel, topped with white chocolate dollops. Essentially sweetly-tempered sour curd with a concealed pop-rocking oral surprise, whilst elsewhere the plum gel had a geisha’s gentleness and quiet devotion. 3.7/5
