Gambas Picantes - My Little Tapas BarGambas picantes from My Little Tapas Bar – fresh shrimp cooked in a dish of boiling olive oil with garlic, chili and smoked paprika. Instead of being all Olive Oyl, the slightly spicy stock was positively eye-popping (what’s next, a spinach and sailor reference? – Editor) with its prawn richness, so much that it almost outshone the actual gambas itself. 4/5
