Mango cheesecake and pistachio ice cream on a waffle. The waffle is such a dead ringer for the Prima Deli version that my mouth conducted a protest bemoaning the missing Nutella spread that should, based on memory, be there. The pistachio should be nicknamed “Nutbag” for how much nut swag it has got, whilst the mango cheesecake goes for the jugular with its random rushes of intensely sweet mango lurking in the cheesy creaminess. 4/5
