JW Marriott Singapore South Beach and Pan Pacific Singapore have recently announced their December reopening dates as well as accompanying reopening stay packages.

JW Marriott Singapore South Beach is slated to reopen from 10 December 2020 onwards. Their key Ultimate Getaway staycation package (from S$340++, booked with promo code ZJL and valid through 30 June 2021) comes with the following inclusions:

  • Breakfast for 2 adults
  • S$50 return stay voucher
  • S$50 F&B credit per stay
  • 2,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points per stay
  • Flexible check-in time; guests can enjoy a 24-hour stay
  • Free parking

Apart from their Ultimate Getaway staycation package, the hotel is also offering the Fun For The Whole Family package (inclusive of a special JW Marriott camper), the Rejuvenating Spa Staycation package (inclusive of a 60-minute massage for two)  and the Ultimate Suite Dream package (suite stay with $100 dining credit).

Pan Pacific Singapore has revealed that they will officially accept guests again from 9 December 2020. They are currently offering Staycay Everyday (from S$200++) and Staycay Breakfast Offer (from S$241++) stay packages, which come with your choice of one of the following privileges:

  • Guaranteed early check-in at 11:00am
  • Guaranteed late check-out until 4:00pm
  • Complimentary upgrade to next room category

Both properties are under very popular hotel loyalty programmes, which means elite tier members get to enjoy additional privileges such as room upgrades and executive lounge access, making them very welcome additions to one’s existing buffet of Singapore staycation options. At JW Marriott Singapore South Beach, I have only ever stayed at the Executive Suite with Premier Marina Bay View and would not mind checking out one of their lower category rooms to find out if the experience is comparable (in reasonable proportion to the price, of course). Pan Pacific Singapore may be a bit long in the tooth but they boast a very classy club lounge (with champagne breakfast!) that I like very much.
