Conrad Centennial Singapore is gearing up for its December reopening and (as of point of publication) will open its doors from 16 December 2020 for staycations. While they have yet to make an official announcement (pending the obtaining of the necessary government approvals), the hotel has shared with me that they will be introducing various staycation packages, including one specially for the ‘ickle kids.

The Conrad Centennial Singapore reopening coincides with the on-going “Big Dreams, Big Savings” Hilton Honors promotion which offers up to 30% off room rates for Hilton Honors members for stays booked between 23 November 2020 and 7 December 2020 and completed between 26 November 2020 and 30 June 2021. Do note that full non-refundable prepayment is required at time of booking, which might not be an advisable commitment when it comes to general travel during the pandemic but is unlikely to pose a problem at least as far as Singapore properties are concerned.

This is fantastic news to me. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, the only Hilton property I can access in Singapore prior to Conrad Centennial Singapore’s reopening is Hilton Singapore, which does not leave me with much variety and use of my top-tier membership privileges such as complimentary breakfast, upgrades and club access. Conrad Centennial Singapore’s high-floor Executive Lounge is also fairly exceptional in terms of food offerings and views.
