Glazed Teriyaki Salmon Furikake Bowl - 5 SensesGlazed Teriyaki Salmon Furikake Bowl from the newly-opened 5 Senses in Bedok Point. The furikake was mixed with a thick, creamily sweet mayo and the wobbly-soft 62°C egg was a natural eggporn starlet, whilst elsewhere the perfectly almost-cooked teriyaki salmon, which could be consumed on its own and still justify the price of admission, straddled the thin line between solid and liquid with startling showmanship. 4/5

PS Do request for the mayo to be served separate and not mixed in with the furikake. I have a hunch it might be better off that way.
