I haven’t eaten breakfast and I WAN 吞 some wanton (leave the Chinese puns to the pros, bro – Editor). Well, I’m in luck because the gourmet wanton noodle bar Wanton opens TODAY. Lunch menu is straightforward while the dinner menu allows you to customize and pick your own toppings!

Wanton Noodles with Char Siew (SGD 5.50++ for small, with added $2 5-minute egg) – the char siew is a fatty-lean alternating delight, while the noodles had the boing of a King Koil mattress.

Location: 52 Amoy Street

Opening hours: 11am – 11pm (Mon-Thu), 11am – 1am (Fri), 5pm – 1am (Sat), Closed Sun
