Seafood Tagliatelle - ArbiteSeafood tagliatelle from Arbite – handmade squid ink tagliatelle, prawns, squid, salmon, mussels, chilli and spring onions in a tomato sauce. The tagliatelle tasted like they may have taken one year’s worth of BodyCombat classes, but thankfully the tomato sauce, all wet and brothy, made the pasta easier and much more pleasant to down. The seafood performance was on point, with one exception – I accidentally bit on mussel shell pieces on multiple occasions as the pieces camouflaged in the squid ink forest better than a camo creamed soldier under survival training. Hmmm. 3.5/5
