If travellers complete their stay before 4 January 2021, they can take advantage of the World of Hyatt Bonus Journeys global promotion and score triple bonus points on all eligible spend as well as start clocking their World of Hyatt nights for 2021 – every night clocked under this promotion will magically also count towards your tier requirements in 2021. World of Hyatt members in Singapore and Hong Kong should simply register for the promotion before the deadline of 30 November 2020, just in case.

Aside from elevated risks and costs of travel during this period, the available flights from Singapore to Hong Kong are being snapped up faster than a baby’s bones in a Megalodon’s jaw, so the prospects of a Hong Kong visit are not quite so crystal clear as yet. However, I have been extremely curious to experience Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, which sports breathtaking harbour views and interior design by Andre Fu (who also designed Andaz Singapore, Waldorf Astoria Bangkok and The St. Regis Hong Kong). I am also keen to experience another Hyatt Centric property after my memorable and enjoyable stay at Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo.

Let’s hope travel becomes a lot safer and more accessible soon.
