Carrot Cake from Old Seng Choong, a new online bakery concept by Chef Daniel Tay (who is also behind Cat & The Fiddle, the online cheesecake concept) that offers traditional treats such as pineapple tarts and Hong Kong-style red date cake. The irresistible smell of the carrot and yam cakes being fried have enough allure to revive ravenous zombie Ah Mas and Ah Gongs from the grave.
