Eclairs - Dulcet & Studio Eclairs from Dulcet & Studio – (from top) Ethiopian coffee with nuts, mini exotic (melon and mint), chocolate, and corn. If you buy four eclairs, the pricing is almost buy-3-get-1-free, so naturally we went for it.

Eclairs - Dulcet & Studio Off the bat, we noted that the choux pastry had a certain airy coarseness to it, like a pre-ORD 2LT. The last eclair I had was from Karafuru Desserts and in comparison their choux pastry had a gentle, experienced refinement, like a scholarly sign-on MAJ.

Eclairs - Dulcet & Studio The mini exotic was the eclair that, daintily attractive as it was, taste-wise wasn’t as proportionately on the map. Essentially a lot of light melon yogurt cream with just a whiff of mint (which may have been from the candy). 3.6/5

Eclairs - Dulcet & Studio This chocolate eclair looks and tastes exactly like how you would imagine, executing its chocolately duties like a faithful and reliable butler. 3.6/5

Eclairs - Dulcet & Studio This Ethiopian coffee eclair may look like a tired worm with major spinal issues but was the most sophisticated in taste profile, possessing a worldly, musky fragrance and a wise bitterness, with playful sugary nuts to remind you that he’s still young at heart. 3.9/5

Eclairs - Dulcet & Studio This is an eclair with corn on it. Presumably, a segment of corn-on-cob was on its way to school but decided to take a nap midway, on top of said eclair. 3.5/5
