Burnt Banana Mille-feuille – Canopy Garden Bar

Burnt banana mille-feuille from Canopy Garden Bar – chocolate cremux, black sesame lace, banana & berry compote. The sugary pastry was puffy and cuttable, the banana slices were nicely caramelised and the chocolate cremux had the texture of ice cream, but the presence of the black sesame was as random as a underarm deodorant stick appearing within your Korean bingsu. 3.7/5
