Red velvet pancake from Tolido’s Espresso Nook. Fairly competent, although methinks the pancakes should have used sunblock with a higher SPF and in-built moisturising properties. However, the portion of the yogurt-esque mascarpone cheese is generous enough such that every mouthful of pancake can be suitably slathered with cream, and the fruits are on hand for some moist and natural sweetness. 3.7/5
