Waffle with Earl Grey & Honeyscotch Ice Cream – Twenty Grammes

Earl grey and honeyscotch ice cream with waffle from Twenty Grammes. The waffle tasted like it had a good roll in the hay with a hotdog (!!) prior to arriving, and was crispy on the outside and soft and bready on the inside. The earl grey was irresistibly fragrant whilst the paddlepop-esque honeyscotch ice cream was strikingly sticky and chewy, a most fascinating texture for an ice cream ball. 4/5
