Coco Citron – coconut mousse, lemon curd and coconut sablee tart, with crushed sugar diamonds. So light, I’m floating on clouds. But then some of the crushed sugar diamonds crackled and popped loudly in my mouth and I was so startled, I fell all the way down. 3.7/5
