Triple B – freshly baked buttery croissant served with scrambled eggs, assorted sausages, streaky bacon, and sautéed mushrooms with fresh greens. Without a doubt, this is the finest rendition of big breakfast I have had in Singapore. The bacon, which is glazed with honey, had a tinge of bak kwa mischief going on. The croissant is of the melt in mouth variety, whereas the eggs were fluffier than a Pomeranian. The mushrooms were nicely garlicky, while the pork sausage trumps the chicken sausage in the juiciness and crunchiness stakes. In conclusion, jaw-droppingly satisfying and value for money. I shared this with a friend and yet I’m pleasantly full! 4.5/5
