Red bean and sweet potato patbingsu, with mochi and green tea ice cream. Essentially ice kachang who carbo-loads and gyms listening to G-Dragon or T-Koala or whichever androgynous cutie pie Korean boy is “in” these days. The mashed sweet potato (which colour is randomly purple or yellow depending on how the sweet potato was feeling that day) was smoother and sweeter than its peasant orange sibling. Separately, this picture captures cacti staring on curiously at the three models attempting hipster, VSCO-filtered traffic light installation art. 3.75/5
