Prawn aglio olio – spaghetti and prawns cooked al dente with onions, clove garlic, chilli and white wine. Although being as visually appealing as a slice of Gardenia bread, the Chinese-esque aglio olio packs a secret taste punch with its fragrance and strong Hokkien Mee-esque flavour. The spicy chilli oil whacks hard – I asked for super spicy and they delivered competently without playing the predictable chilli padi card. 3.6/5
