Royal Smoked Duck - Royal Pavillion Royal smoked duck. I wouldn’t particularly refer to the duck as royal or any similar superlative adjective but the smoked duck, its wings spread wide in a graceful final flight before consumption, competently checks all the relevant boxes – crispy skin, nicely greased up and a good mix of fatty and chewy. Your picky Mother will say “not bad”. 3.7/5

This dish is part of Royal Pavillion’s “Pockets of Love” Mother’s Day 2015 menu.
