Luxury travel booking app HoteLux recently announced details about its exclusive partnership with KrisFlyer, which includes status matches for PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold members; cash back promotions for PPS Club members; and the ability to convert HoteLux points to KrisFlyer miles. HOTELUX BENEFITS AND TIERS
HoteLux is a paid subscription service, with different membership tiers (Elite, Elite Plus and the newly introduced 1A Club) reaping different benefits:
Elite:
- Earn points and recognition from hotel loyalty programmes
- Get 1 base point + 1 bonus point per eligible US$10 spent
- Access to the HoteLux Exclusive Rate with benefits such as complimentary daily breakfast, up to US$200 hotel dining/spa credit, double dip on points (earn both hotel loyalty program and HoteLux points), complimentary room upgrade at time of booking or upon arrival, early check-in & late check-out, welcome letter and amenity

A 12-month subscription to HoteLux Elite typically costs US$299, while HoteLux Elite Plus costs US$499 and their newest top tier 1A Club costs US$999.

HOTELUX STATUS MATCH FOR KRISFLYER MEMBERS
As a PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold member, you are now eligible for a complimentary 12-month status match to two HoteLux membership tiers:
- PPS Club (Solitaire PPS Club and PPS Club) = HoteLux Elite Plus
- KrisFlyer Elite Gold = HoteLux Elite
This offer allows you to enjoy complimentary benefits of HoteLux Elite or Elite Plus status for an entire year based on your current KrisFlyer membership status. All 2023 Status Match requests must be submitted and started no later than December 31, 2023.
Maintain Your Status:
To retain your matched Elite status, all you need to do is stay a certain number of qualifying nights booked through HoteLux within the 1-year period after the successful status match:
- HoteLux Elite = 15 nights
- HoteLux Elite Plus = 30 nights
EXCLUSIVE CASH BACK PROMOTION FOR PPS CLUB AND SOLITAIRE PPS CLUB MEMBERS
For PPS Club and Solitaire PPS Club members who are matched to HoteLux Elite Plus status, there is an exclusive Cash Back promotion. To take advantage of this promotion, eligible members need to complete their qualifying stay by 31 December 2023, with a check-out date no later than that day. A PayNow account is required to receive the cash back, which will be deposited directly into the PayNow account by 31 January 2024.
- S$1,000 – S$1,999 Booking Value = S$80 Cash back
- S$2,000 – S$2,999 Booking Value = S$160 Cash back
- S$3,000 – S$3,999 Booking Value = S$240 Cash back
- S$4,000 – S$4,999 Booking Value = S$320 Cash back
- S$5,000 and above Booking Value = S$400 Cash back
To be eligible, your PayNow account name must match your registered name in your PPS Club and Solitaire PPS Club as well as the guest’s name in the booking information.
CONVERT HOTELUX POINTS TO KRISFLYER MILES
Additionally, you can *soon* convert your HoteLux Points to KrisFlyer Miles. The conversion rates are as follows:
Elite: 1 HoteLux Point = 3 KrisFlyer Miles
- 4,000 HoteLux points = 12,000 KrisFlyer miles
- 5,000 HoteLux points = 15,000 KrisFlyer miles
- 6,000 HoteLux points = 18,000 KrisFlyer miles
Elite Plus: 1 HoteLux Point = 4 KrisFlyer Miles
- 4,000 HoteLux points = 16,000 KrisFlyer miles
- 5,000 HoteLux points = 20,000 KrisFlyer miles
- 6,000 HoteLux points = 24,000 KrisFlyer miles
1A Club: 1 HoteLux Point = 5 KrisFlyer Miles
- 4,000 HoteLux points = 20,000 KrisFlyer miles
- 5,000 HoteLux points = 25,000 KrisFlyer miles
- 6,000 HoteLux points = 30,000 KrisFlyer miles
Each member can redeem KrisFlyer Miles once per 12 months among the three given options accordingly.
