Far East Hospitality opened the doors to their newest Singapore property Oasia Resort Sentosa on 1 September 2021. A mere steps away from Imbiah Station on the Sentosa Express Monorail, the 191-key wellness resort is Singapore’s fourth Oasia property after Oasia Hotel Novena, Oasia Hotel Downtown and Oasia Residence.
Formerly the Le Meridien Singapore, Sentosa, the property joins the existing Far East Hospitality cluster of Sentosa properties Village Hotel Sentosa, The Outpost Hotel Sentosa and The Barracks Hotel Sentosa.
The hotel is in its soft opening phase. Currently, only their Imbiah Wing which houses their Premier Rooms (40sqm) and Junior Suites (48sqm) is available to guests. The Palawan Wing which houses their Deluxe Rooms (30sqm), Suites (61sqm), Spa Suites with private jacuzzis (63sqm) and penthouse-esque Duplex Suites with private pools (170sqm) will be unveiled tentatively November 2021. Both Premier Rooms and Junior Suites have a similar layout and feel, and both are stocked with bottled Nordaq water (refills are available at the Wellness Lounge), the property’s exclusive blends of Pryce Tea as your Wellness Minibar customised based on your pre-arrival selection.
In terms of amenities, Oasia Resort Sentosa offer its signature Oasia Spa, which is the first in Southeast Asia and Oceania to carry products from Kyoto organic skin care brand KOTOSHINA. The spa boasts state-of-the-art Cryotherapy facial treatment services (read: your face will get really, really cold) as well as the intriguing MedklinnCerafusion™ Technology offered in the Meditation Lounge which is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku and recreates forest bathing therapy which leaves you in an elevated state of calm and restfulness.
Elsewhere, guests can enjoy use of a 24hr gym, a 22.5 metre pool as well as an outdoor deck which serves as the venue for various fitness and wellness activities (think HIIT classes by UFIT Singapore as well as low-intensity programmes such as yoga) hosted by the hotel.
The hotel has one signature restaurant, Bedrock Origin. A sister concept to the famous and award-winning steakhouse Bedrock Bar & Grill, the restaurant continues the brand’s meaty traditions whilst also offering a more seafood-based menu which reflects the coastal locale.
The new hotel is currently offering a “The Oasia Escape” package for stays at the new hotel between 1 September 2021 – 30 November 2021. The package costs S$688 nett and comes with the following inclusions:
