Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore will open its doors to guests on 4 December 2020. The 198-room, 6-storey luxury urban golf resort is located within the grounds of the acclaimed Laguna National Golf & Country Club, just 10 minutes by car from Changi International Airport. The hotel will offer five dining concepts: The Nest, a restaurant and bar; Greenhouse, a forest-themed all-day dining restaurant; Legends Bar, which will offer live music on weekends; Tee Deck, an al fresco bar and grill concept; and cafe bistro concept Dusit Gourmet. In terms of fitness and wellness, the hotel boasts three swimming pools, three tennis courts, a putting green, gym as well as the Thai-inspired Devarana Wellness.
To celebrate its opening, the resort is now offering the ‘Discover Dusit’ package which comprises the following:

The resort’s Prestige Suite Pool Terrace, Prestige Verandah Suite and Champion Suite categories, their Executive Club and club room categories as well as several of their F&B concepts are currently scheduled to be available only at a later date.
I looked at the room rates under the ‘Discover Dusit’ package for the months of December 2020 and January 2021. The entry Deluxe Laguna City room is priced from S$336++ onwards, with room rates for the same category floating below S$400++ in general. They have also implemented a minimum 2-night stay requirement for all weekends (including the opening weekend) as well as the final week of December, which effectively breaks my streak of being the first guest to check into new Singapore hotels (which I managed to achieve with Raffles Hotel Singapore and the now-defunct Six Senses Maxwell) as I would likely only consider paying for a two-night stay when the Executive Club and other restaurants are up and running.
