Apple cinnamon waffle bar from Hvala Waffle Bar. Essentially the evolution of the “cheap hotdog waffle” of secondary school/pasar malam days, having adapted to today’s waffle-obsessed times. The apple slices were torched and thus nicely warm and sweet, in stark contrast to the relatively temperature-challenged sliced waffle pieces they rest on. Humble, but with potential. 3.5/5
