Mille feuille sushi – layered sushi with salmon, tamago and tuna, topped with salmon roe. Sushi enters mid-life crisis and takes an impulsive trip to France, not knowing what to do with her life, and then she stops outside a pastry shop and goes hmmm. The first sushi item I ever had to knife and fork! The tuna was the high quality toro and not your trashy akami. 3.75/5
