Swedish Apple Pancake topped with caramelised apples, Bavarian cream and cinnamon cider glaze from Clinton Street Baking Company. The enormously filling buttery, fluffy pancakes, which stored a 8.15am MRT train passenger-esque steaming rage deep within, provided eggy French toast comfort whilst elsewhere the Bavarian cream was a sugary vanilla ice cream and whipped cream love child. 3.8/5
