The wet chilli sauce sends lashings of powdery incendiaries onto the tongue, with the creamy coriander mayo being the chilli’s herbier, tangier sister. The dips are so naughtily revelatory, the comparatively pedestrian popcorn chicken feels relegated to transportation vessel status. 3.8/5
