Essentially the chef’s selection of four desserts from the menu in a deconstructed plated dessert format, which means you get to try manageable samplings of their Peanut Butter Jelly and Eton Mess. It’s an everything-and-the-kitchen-sink affair — matcha sponge! caramelised banana! honeycomb! mushroom meringue! vanilla and salted caramel ice cream! — but by golly, the aesthetic was nothing short of stunning and the experience was seventy bagfuls of fun. 4.1/5
