Crab Cake Benedict from Roosevelt’s Diner & Bar – crab cake, English muffin, poached egg and garlic mayo. Despite the English muffin being a stubborn little runt and the poached egg being rather devoid of personality in spite of best efforts from the egg yolk and sweet garlic mayo, it frankly does not matter because the crab cake patty, all meaty and crab-stringy with slightly charred skin, is satisfying as heck, and essentially the perfect McDonald’s/Mos Burger meat patty that never was. 3.9/5
