Red velvet waffle with pandan kaya and lychee rose ice cream. The waffle had crispy edges but was a warm cross between sticky goo and bread on the inside, with an ever so faint bitterness. Whilst the lychee rose was fragrant, creamy and competent, I very much preferred the pandan kaya which, for all its manufacturedness, tasted awfully familiar and wonderfully like childhood. 3.4/5
