Mushroom Aglio Olio with Prawns. Flawlessly executed – the optimal level and combination of al dente, oil and chilli padi spiciness is happily achieved. Check out the big, fat and crunchy prawns, which soak up the flavour of the spicy oil so marvelously that I actually cut them all into half just so I had more prawn pieces to savour across the duration of the meal! My only gripe (and that would be picking for bones in an egg) is that the name of the dish misinforms about the experience – prawns are clearly the Beyoncé whilst the mushrooms merely backup harmonizers with insignificant presence. 4.1/5
