A Pan of Sunshine – sunny side up eggs, rocket leaves and savoury pesto drizzle, with added duck confit. Liked the escaped-prisoner runniness of the yolk and the salty personality of the pesto, but the duck confit shavings left me greedy for more – I definitely want more duck and not just what felt like his leg hair. 3.6/5
