Matcha panna cotta with sesame brittle. The green tea was rather milky, yet simultaneously the right shade of bitter. What was memorable was the inclusion of the sesame brittle, which evoked instant memories of Chinese New Year and its unhealthy but perfunctory social snacking. 3.5/5
