Belgian dark chocolate tart – Belgium dark chocolate and ganache, with a coffee and Baileys topping. Unlike some other places that proudly boast about their alcohol usage but it turns out more Corinne Bailey Rae than Baileys, the cream here is the real McCoy, immediately confirmable with one taste. Tart crust is one you can cut with the side of a fork, i.e. manageable and awesome, and the chocolate aspect is decadently rich. 3.75/5
