Apple cinnamon speculoos cheesecake. The kind of softness and consistency that facilitates the graceful, clean cutting with a fork and the subsequent travel of said cake into one’s mouth in one smooth, fluid and glamorous motion, so ideal for having on dates and girlfriend chat sessions. Adore the little apple bits in each bite! Speculoos is currently the new truffle in terms of how it’s popping up everywhere but I’m all for it. 4/5
