The Full Band – grilled bratwurst sausage, crispy bacon, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and scrambled eggs on a Belgian waffle. The eggs were 蛋炒饭 (fried rice) eggs trying to masquerade as fancy, fluffy brunch eggs but were improperly costumed. The waffle struggled to leave an impression after my speed dating with waffles lately. But the serving was mucho generous! 3.5/5
